We are taking our daughter to live off-campus at UCF today! It doesn’t feel real yet… but she isn’t going to be too far. 

So I never got any word about Spravato treatment. I also got so bad that I planned to end my life before I turned 40 which is in a couple weeks and after my daughter moved out on 8/1.

I asked for help and unfortunately insurance (TRICARE for life) will not cover anything like an IOP.

So I caved and went to joyous.com and of course put my suicidal thoughts to the side. Originally, I thought I was going to get help with a virtual IOP program through my insurance, but then they told me I couldn’t so I felt lost but prior to feeling like all was lost I talked to my daughter about how I was getting help and I promised her. Despite having a plan and the means I am not going to. I am going to start the ketamine program, cut down on work, and follow all the mindfulness.
