I am happy I went to the dermatologist. I am aware I was anxiously picking my face…

I got medicine and creams and it’s infected. So I go back in 2 weeks to address the Seborrheic dermatitis that’s underneath all my zits I picked. I got the zits from my sleep mask!! They are all around the outline of it.

Todays a longer work day, but I have a couple of cancellations this week so I think I’ll be good. Just means less pay, or ways to keep social security so they don’t stop it again. That was horrible.
