I am at beach and all I am doing is sitting here, crying my eyes out, trying to hide my face in my big ass hat.

So I finally had my first therapy appointment today. It’s great but they called to schedule my next appointment and it isn’t until July. The woman told me that it’s really hard to find an hour block to do an hour session.

As a mental health therapist, I don’t get this.I see all my clients weekly and for an hour or at least 54 minutes.

My next appointment for therapy is July 14. How does that even make any sense to help people with mental health issues?

Antagonizes I am still waiting for the Spravato lady to call me… It has only been like five months. It seems like so lease behavioral health is so slow that they do not help with mental health. I read the reviews and it sucks but the only other option I have is in Newport Richy Florida and I can’t make it there two times a week, potentially if I start and it is the same company as in !!!!

In order to get treatment from another place I would have to drive about an hour and cannot do that because we only have one car. I can’t wait until we move back to Orlando! Orlando is at least better than here. I’m not a huge fan of Florida in general.
